Heart disease and vascular disease account for Leukemia too, and here is how: The normal development and progression of the stem cells in the bone marrow depends on adequate blood flow to bring nutrients and remove toxins. As blood flow is impeded from a modern poor diet and lack of exercise, the chromosomes in the cells are given a chance to mutate and cause unimpeded growth. The resulting anemia, combined with possible vascular disease in other areas of the body, causes weakness, fatigue, paleness, enlarged liver and spleen. What we know about leukemia, like most diseases, is not what I am debating, it is the unknown cause that no medical circle seems to be searching for.
